This Milo peshtina  has 3 bedrooms on top floor and 3 rooms on the ground floor, the stairs are external but can easily be made internal. The property is in need of some repairs but nothing major, we estimated for the complete work to be carried out including materials under 10000 Euro. This includes new electric and water supply, minor roof repair, new ground floors, PVC windows and doors a bathroom and enclosing the stairs plus a few other minor jobs..

The house itself has a solid stone foundation with brick above. it has been rendered which is in very good condition, only minor repairs (patching) . The roof requires guttering and a few tiles to be replaced, the internal walls are sturdy with a few small cracks but not structural so a skim of plaster would be adequate. the ceilings are also in good condition and would just need filling in places and painting. The external stairs are hand carved stone and can be cleaned up to make the look new again. also the work to make them internal is as simple as building a wall.. well two walls, no structural renovation required.

The extention I think was to be made into a summer kitchen and again can be connected internally just by adding a door from one of the inside rooms.it also has a concrete flat roof so it  could also be made into a balcony off one of the bedrooms.

The garden is 2200 Sq.m. 1100 which the house sits on and 1100 to the right of the house, so can be made into two plots if so desired.

The rateable value of the house is 22leva per year ( council tax )

The House is built on the side of the borivan mountains or the start of them to be presice and the views are of the Vratsa Vally and further on the Vratsa mountains which is Stunning.

All in all a very worthwhile property which is big enough for living in or small enough for a  holiday home.
